Welded rim joint, high-quality spokes, outstanding impact resistance. The Beskar 30 wheels from Newmen are ready for any trail and also suitable for every riding style thanks to various rim options. From lightweight Cross Country to nearly indestructible Downhill wheels, the Beskar family can handle it all.

What all models have in common is the extremely durable rim whose profile is the result of numerous impact tests and FEM analyses. And which provides both plenty of grip and comfort thanks to its very flat design. Made from premium aluminum 6069, it is highly durable yet lightweight. Also featured on all wheels in the series is the lightweight yet reliable Fade MTB hub. Only high-quality bearings are used for these hubs, while the housing is reinforced at critical points with additional material. Furthermore, on the rear hub, three pawls, a newly developed tooth profile as well as an enlarged freewheel diameter ensure optimal, smooth and quiet power transmission. Of course, a high-end wheel also requires high-end spokes. On the Beskar 30, these come from Sapim and vary in number and gauge depending on the intended use. The ideal conditions for a perfect balance of weight, durability and comfort.

Light, Base, Strong or DH?

To offer the perfect wheel for every riding style, Newmen has developed four rim variants: Light, Base, Strong and DH. While the rim profile remains the same, the wall thickness varies. This allows for weight savings on the front wheel which experiences slightly less stress, while the rear wheel features increased stability. Depending on the intended use, the following combinations are recommended:

• XC = Light front wheel + Light rear wheel
• Trail = Light front wheel + Base rear wheel
• Enduro = Base front wheel + Strong rear wheel
• DH = Strong front wheel + Strong rear wheel
• DH Race = Strong front wheel + DH rear wheel

The Beskar 30 Strong rear wheel is suitable for both Enduro and Downhill mountain bikes. Depending on your preference, the Beskar 30 front wheel in either the Base or Strong version is the perfect complement.

Beskar 30 Enduro | It can withstand even the toughest enduro race tracks. The Beskar 30 Enduro wheelset easily handles both long days at the bike park and full-throttle riding during enduro races. The combination of the Base front wheel and the even more robust Strong rear wheel offers razor-sharp control and maximum puncture resistance. More stiffness and durability on rough terrain.

Beskar 30 DH | Top speeds, the toughest terrain, big jumps. The Beskar 30 DH is the all-around, worry-free wheelset for bike park shredders! When it comes to impact resistance and puncture resistance, the Strong wheels in the Beskar series not only outperform their predecessors but also pose a serious challenge to the competition. At the same time, the flat, welded hook rims allow to ride at lower tire pressures without the tire rolling too much in corners or under compression.
