That's why the brand new TACTICA Shell Vest T5 is designed to protect against wind and light precipitation, while maintaining high breathability to keep a consistently dry microclimate inside. A mix of elastic textiles ensures a streamlined fit that is characterized by low volume and full freedom of movement when riding on gravel paths and single trails. Thanks to its lightweight construction, the vest can also be stowed away ultra-compactly, leaving enough space in the pockets for important items and ASSOSOIRES.
Combine the vest with the TACTICA KIESKÄFER T5 bib shorts and the TACTICA T5 jersey for rides on trails and gravel in inclement weather.
Features of the Assos TACTICA T5 shell vest for men
- The main Breaker textile offers windproof protection with a water-repellent DWR finish. It is also incredibly light at just 35 g/m², so it can be folded up small and compact.
- A Breath textile lining complements Breaker with extreme breathability and push-pull moisture management, and a back panel made from the new Sens-AIR four-way stretch textile in a tricot weave hugs the body and offers UPF 50+ UV protection.
- The movement-enhancing TACTICA T5 fit is less aggressive than racingFit and manages the balancing act between streamlined aerodynamics with low volume, comfort with full freedom of movement and fewer restrictions when you're not in the saddle.
- twinDeck: A two-layer construction that combines a windproof, water-repellent top layer with an ultra-breathable, moisture-regulating lining.
- Reflective Detailing: Reflective elements on the shoulders for better visibility in low light and overcast conditions when wind and rain protection are particularly important.
