Vega Carbon is fizik’s top-tier road shoe, developed from the ground up to meet the demands of performance-oriented riders and professionals. With a highly stiff, integrated carbon sole, innovative, ultra-breathable upper, revised shape, and ergonomic fit, Vega meets all requirements for lightness, performance, and efficient power transfer, and is specifically designed to optimally support modern road bike geometries, riding positions, and riding styles.

A Natural, New Shape
In recent years, bike geometry and riding positions have changed significantly. As a result, the contact points between rider and bike have also had to evolve accordingly. With Vega, fizik introduces a completely new shape—featuring a straight axle and reduced slope for a natural pedaling feel. Vega’s expanded toe box offers more space and allows the foot to fully extend, resulting in an ergonomic fit and greater comfort during intense rides—whether in stage races or weekly training sessions.

Inside of the Sole
Vega features an integrated full-carbon sole that provides increased stiffness while reducing the overall profile. Thanks to this advanced design, the outsole is actually located inside the shoe and is covered by the upper, allowing fizik to reduce the profile in the cleat area and provide complete ergonomic support for the inside of the foot. The anatomical shape and reduced drop prioritize foot stability and support for efficient power transfer.

Fit, Materials, and Function
The Vega’s upper consists of strategically placed materials that vary depending on the required properties—breathable where more ventilation is needed, supportive where comfort is a priority. For optimal breathability and weight reduction, Aeroweave fabric is combined with a thin, transparent mesh, creating an even lighter shoe that still retains its original durability. A foot-hugging bootie made of perforated Airprene ensures greater comfort and a pressure-free fit—from race day to a major mountain tour.

Designed for Performance
The instep and midfoot can be adjusted separately for a customized fit using a Dual-Dial BOA® Fit System. Two separate BOA® dials, connected to side panels, encircle the midfoot, allowing cyclists to precisely adjust the fit to their foot shape and ensure a secure, long-lasting hold.
