Heavy sweat loss due to extreme muscle work leads to the flushing out of salt and minerals (electrolytes). This can impair the maintenance of physical performance, the functionality of the muscles and regeneration. The premium mineral formula corresponds to the composition of the excreted electrolytes in the human body's sweat and ensures rapid bioavailability of all electrolytes involved in muscle functionality: sodium (salt), potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Mode of action: Potassium, calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism, normal protein synthesis and the reduction of fatigue.

Application:

Before / during sport: 1 or 2 chewable tablets every 15-30 minutes during prolonged exercise. During prolonged, heavy physical exertion up to a maximum of 50 chewable tablets daily.
