Directions

The energy drink can be consumed before, during, or after your workout. Mix 31 g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500 ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and your sports drink is ready to go. Your sports drink will then contain 30 g of carbohydrates. Drink 1 sport bottle per hour during exercise. Usage depends on your personal carbohydrate and fluid needs.
