How to use

The energy drink can be taken before, during or after training. Mix 31 g powder (2 level measuring spoons) with 500 ml water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30 g of carbohydrates. Drink 1 bottle per hour during exercise.
