The Rocky Mountain Instinct Powerplay SL Alloy is a lightweight marvel that packs a punch. With the new Dyname S4 Lite drive system, this bike rides like a trail bike while giving you the power to explore further. Thanks to its adjustable geometry, refined suspension kinematics, and MX compatibility, the Alloy Instinct Powerplay SL offers bold levels of playfulness and agility, lap after lap... after lap.

The Dyname™ S4 Lite motor is 30% lighter than the Dyname™ 4.0 and is smooth and efficient, delivering category-leading peak power (550W) and torque (65Nm). The Instinct Powerplay SL features a 480 Wh, two bolt, fully removable battery. It is slim, quiet, noiseless and aerodynamically designed.

The RIDE-4 adjustment system allows the rider to quickly fine-tune the geometry with a single Allen key. Four configurations are possible thanks to a rotating chip.

The Smoothlink™ suspension is efficient yet supple as you pedal and shift through the gears. It is characterized by a controlled end of travel and a suspension curve that feels much more capable than the travel length would suggest.
