The Rocky Mountain Instinct Powerplay SL Carbon packs a punch in a lightweight package. Powered by the all-new Dyname S4 Lite drive system, this bike rides like a trail bike with the power to explore further than ever before. With adjustable geometry, refined suspension kinematics, and MX compatibility, the Carbon Instinct Powerplay SL delivers unreal levels of playfulness and agility, lap after lap… after lap.

The Dyname™ S4 Lite motor is 30% lighter than the Dyname™ 4.0 and is smooth and efficient, delivering category-leading peak power (550W) and torque (65Nm). The Instinct Powerplay SL features a 480 Wh, two bolt, fully removable battery. It is slim, quiet, noiseless and aerodynamically designed.

The RIDE-4 adjustment system allows the rider to quickly fine-tune the geometry with a single Allen key. Four configurations are possible thanks to a rotating chip.

The Smoothlink™ suspension is efficient yet supple as you pedal and shift through the gears. It is characterized by a controlled end of travel and a suspension curve that feels much more capable than the travel length would suggest.
