It is an amino acid that is a precursor of nitric oxide and promotes endothelial dilation of the blood vessel walls, thereby increasing blood flow and the amount of nitric oxide in the blood. It is also necessary for protein synthesis in body tissues and promotes their healing and repair.
• 1,500 mg beta-alanine: This is a non-essential amino acid that promotes the synthesis of carnosine in muscle fibers and significantly increases the amount of this substance in the muscles. Its main function is to regulate the pH, which prevents the acidification of the body caused by lactates and thus delays the onset of fatigue.
