POM spacer system for simple and flexible installation: Thanks to the POM spacer system, the H&R Bike spring can be installed in all shocks from RockShox, FOX, CaneCreek and Öhlins. The enclosed set contains all the necessary POM spacers with the following labeling:

• POM spacer RockShox (1 point)
• POM spacer FOX/ Marzocchi/ PUSH (2 points)
• POM-Spacer Öhlins/ Cane Creek (3 points)
• Stepup POM spacer (without marking)
