How to use

Make your own sports drink with Malto Dextrin and take it before, during or after exercise.

• Use as a sports drink: Stir 30 g into 500 ml or 750 ml of water. Add a flavoring if required, e.g. lemonade or syrup. Add a portion of Malto Dextrin to your protein shake and drink it within 45 minutes of training.
• As a source of carbohydrates: Take 2 portions (2×30g) two or three days before training. Take 3 to 4 servings 1 day before the start and on race day another 2 servings 2-3 hours before the race.
