High Energy Gel is an energy gel in which the main source of carbohydrates is cyclodextrin, a next-generation carbohydrate that improves glycogen replacement efficiency. The 45g 120kcal gel sachet contains 30g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio of complex and simple carbohydrates.

Directions:
