The Duke Baccara X 42 are carbon rims that are suitable for use on the road, for long-distance rides and competitions and are approved by the UCI. They are versatile on all types of roads and have an internal width of 23 mm with a height of 42 mm.

The SLR2 technology reduces the weight by 45g compared to the previous model. This process enables better filtering of vibrations. The rim profile has been redesigned to improve aerodynamics and stability in all wind conditions.

The outer width has been increased to 29.4 mm, has a new UV shape and reduces drag.

The rim holes are off-center (2 mm offset), allowing the spoke shield to be closed more tightly. This makes the rim more stable and increases the lateral stiffness of the wheel. The spoke tension between the two layers is more balanced, which guarantees better durability of the wheel. The result: more stiffness and more durability.

The wider hook width of 23 mm gives the tires more volume and improves comfort and grip without sacrificing performance.
