DUKE Baccara 36 SLR2 Rim - 28" | Carbon | Tubeless | Disc - 28 Holes

The new DUKE Baccara SLR2 rims are the latest development of the indispensable 3K Baccara. For the new generation, work has been done on 3 points: Weight, comfort and aerodynamics. Thanks to SLR2 technology, the weight has been reduced by 45g. This was achieved thanks to the use of high modulus fibers and a new molding process in a closed housing with resins. The rim width has been increased to 21 mm. This gives the tires more volume and thus improves performance, comfort and cornering grip. A wide rim also means that thinner and lighter tires can be used while maintaining comfort and grip through increased air volume. The recommended tire widths are 25 mm - 28 mm, with or without inner tube. The profile of the rim has been revised to improve aerodynamics and stability in all wind conditions. The outer width is now 27.6 mm and has a new Warhead-Form. This reduces air resistance and therefore increases speed. The wheels are also less sensitive to crosswinds and the steering is more precise.
