The North Face Carto Mono Triclimate 3-in-1 Hooded Jacket Men - Summit Navy

Two jackets, three different weather situations – triclimate jackets are based on the original mountain layering system and, as such, are really versatile. The Carto features a breathable waterproof DryVent™ Mono outer shell and a Heatseeker® insulated inner jacket with wind-blocking WindWall™ technology for lightweight warmth. Wear them together for full wet, windy and cold weather or on their own as the conditions allow. Speaking of versatility, this jacket has an adjustable hood, hem and cuffs, so you can fine-tune the fit to suit you. This jacket is part of the Circular Design initiative – a collection designed to minimise waste and pollution.

Waterproof - This fabric provides an impenetrable barrier to rain and snow for guaranteed dryness.

Windproof - This fabric blocks wind from penetrating the garment, greatly reducing the effects of wind chill.

Breathable - The unique fabric technology allows air to pass through the fabric, helping to regulate body temperature and keep you cooler for longer.

Synthetic fill - Synthetic insulation maintains warmth even in damp conditions.

Circular design -This item is part of the Circular Design initiative – a collection designed to help regenerate natural systems by minimising waste and pollution.

Triclimate® compatible - This product can be combined with other Triclimate®-compatible products for complete weather protection.

  • Circular Design: thoughtfully designed to be disassembled and recycled at the end of its life into raw materials for a second generation of products
  • Outer and inner have Triclimate® loops and snaps for snap-in compatibility
  • Outer jacket:
    • DryVent™ Mono delivers seam-sealed, waterproof protection in a mono-material construction that’s designed to be recycled by us and put back into the supply chain
    • Non-PFC DWR finish for added water repellency
    • Attached, adjustable hood with a cinch cord with cord locks in the front and back
    • Adjustable hook-and-loop cuff tabs
    • Embroidered logo on the left chest and back-right shoulder
  • Inner jacket:
    • Wind-resistant WINDWALL™ fabric
    • Non-PFC DWR finish for added water repellency
    • Heatseeker™ synthetic insulation is made with hollow-core fibres for added warmth, performance and durability
    • Secure-zip hand pockets
    • Embroidered logo on the left chest

Dryvent™
Seam-sealed two and three-layer DryVent™ fabrics are engineered to be waterproof, windproof and breathable. 

Heatseeker™
Synthetic Heatseeker™ insulation delivers exceptional warmth without the bulk. It is highly durable and compressible – ideal for packing into backpacks and luggage.

Windwall™
WindWall™ fabrics are engineered to reduce the effects of chilling winds while maintaining a good level of breathability.
