Newmen has taken its lightest aluminium wheelset and made the most affordable package possible out of it. With the super quiet FADE hubs laced to rims with 25mm inner width this wheelset might just be the lightest option at it's price point for cross country bikes while being strong enough for any type of trail bike endeavours.

The Evolution X.A.25 rim is made of a high-strength aluminium alloy, as is typical for Newmen, and thanks to the inner width of 25mm, it allows riding with low air pressure.

Flared flanks provide enormous dent resistance which makes the Hookless rim ideal for the new breed of modern Trail bikes. Nevertheless, it is light enough not to have to hide from the carbon competition and can also convince in XC or Marathon use.

MATERIAL | The high-strength aluminium alloy impresses with first-class mechanical properties. The material itself and the maxim of only using it where it promises a benefit also ensure a low weight.

DESIGN | Flared sidewalls make the rim more resistant to dents and external forces. They also give the tire a rounder shape and thus more cornering grip. The rim profile is designed for use with Newmen MG washers. The straight nipple bearing surface in conjunction with the special washers provides extremely high pull out values for the spokes, with low wall thickness in this area.
