Pro EVO - two seats in one

Most children's bike seats are not designed for modern mountain bikes - the Pro EVO changes that.

Kids Ride Shotgun present the world's first 2-in-1 child bike seat designed specifically for mountain bikes. It transforms from a bucket seat with harness for toddlers from 9-24 months into the Pro seat for children from 2-5 years. One seat, two configurations, four years of adventure.

For children from 9 months to 5years:

PRO seat with harness

Suitable for children weighing 9-15 kg (recommended age: 9 months - 2 years).
Before using the seat with harness, we recommend that your child can support the weight of their own head. For children under 1 year of age, please consult a pediatrician before use.

PRO seat

Suitable for children weighing 12-27 kg (recommended age: 2 - 5 years).
Before using the Pro seat, we recommend that your child can sit independently, follow basic instructions and stay awake throughout the planned bike ride.

15 second quick release assembly:

Assembly and disassembly in just 15 seconds (after initial assembly).
Two headset spacers are included and allow mounting on two different bikes.

Suitable for normal & electric MTBs:

The Shotgun Pro EVO fits almost all modern mountain bikes and e-mountain bikes with standard 1 1/8 inch steerer tube and 10 mm clearance under the stem. Adapters for bikes with integrated cables that run through the bike's headset spacers or proprietary headsets such as Trek Knock Block are available separately. We do not recommend the Pro EVO for bikes without front suspension, such as road bikes or beach cruisers, as there is no clearance between the child's feet and the front wheel of the bike.

The Shotgun Pro handlebars are suitable for handlebar diameters of 31.8 or 35 mm and stems with a width of up to 60 mm.

No frame contact:

It is mounted on the headset and seatpost, so there is no contact with the frame.

Safety leading the way:

The child seat has a child-safe Fidlock® buckle fastener, a 5-point harness and a chest strap. Both seat configurations meet the safety standards for their age group - so you can ride with peace of mind from the early years to off-road adventures.
