Clean, fast, durable

Hot-waxed chains stay dry and clean. Unlike oil or liquid lubricants, hot wax does not attract dirt - the entire drive stays much cleaner. This not only ensures smoother running, but also noticeably less friction. The difference is particularly noticeable on long tours or in adverse conditions: waxed chains run more efficiently and feel faster.

In addition, the clean, low-friction operation extends the service life of the chain and all drive components - including chainrings, sprockets and derailleur pulleys. Using several waxed chains in rotation not only saves time in the long run, but also money.

Hand-waxed in Germany

ProWaxed has set itself the goal of offering the quality of hot-waxed professional chains at an affordable price. In a complex, multi-stage process, the factory-greased chains are thoroughly degreased, pre-heated and then treated with hot wax in an ultrasonic bath. During the waxing process, the chains are moved to ensure perfect distribution of the wax in all gaps.

Each ProWaxed chain is carefully waxed by hand in Germany.
