The SyncDrive Move Plus motor is built into the rear hub and delivers 30 Nm of torque (equivalent to 75 Nm in a mid-drive motor) directly to the rear wheel. With a weight of just 1.7 kg, it is specifically tuned for the pedaling characteristics of performance-oriented road cycling, with minimal energy loss and increased torque at higher speeds. The result is a natural feel when accelerating or maintaining smooth power delivery at high speeds, with no motor resistance when in freewheel or rolling out.

Giant Technologies

SyncDrive Move Plus - The SyncDrive Move Plus motor delivers 30 Nm of torque, comparable to 75 Nm of torque in a mid-drive motor—all in a lightweight, quiet system fully integrated into the rear hub. It features five assistance levels as well as Smart Assist technology, which can automatically adjust pedal assistance without requiring changes to settings while riding. The motor uses sensors to constantly adjust power output based on advanced algorithms.

Advanced Composite Technology - GIANT’s high-performance carbon fiber is used to manufacture this special carbon frame material, which is woven and processed in-house and offers an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle is molded as a single piece. The modified monocoque construction eliminates the outer woven composite layer.
