The WorldTour short-sleeve race jersey from Assos has been redesigned for better aerodynamics on the arms, improved cooling and breathability throughout, and a lower overall weight.
The EQUIPE RS S11 features an all-new fabric on the sleeves that is lighter than the previous fabric without compromising the compressive fit. The new material is also textured to improve aerodynamics in aggressive riding positions and reduce drag on the front of the body. The main body of the miniCheck Tex is the same as the previous model, offering ultra-lightweight, ultra-breathable comfort and body-hugging, compressive support. It is anchored at the rear hem by the new PILtec Plug-In technology, which combines an ultra-light textile strip with silicone microdots to stabilize the fit when climbing, sprinting, or cornering—even in wet conditions.
Features of the Assos EQUIPE RS S11 Something To Say short sleeve jersey for men
- The open 3D miniCheck Tex knit offers high breathability, high elasticity, SPF 25, and the characteristic ASSOS jersey structure on the front. The bags are anchored by a Stabilizer V11 back panel that provides intense cooling breathability and is so light (SPF 15) that we recommend using sunscreen underneath. It also increases stability and prevents sagging and movement when the bags are full. The sleeves are made from the new 550CX jersey-knit fabric, which offers SPF 35 protection and features a muscle-hugging bi-stretch fit with aerodynamic properties.
- Assos racingFit is an aerodynamic second-skin silhouette developed based on feedback from the WorldTour, where it has proven itself with corresponding results. Compression fabrics, micro-adjusted shaping, and low-volume raw-cut hems and cuffs characterize the racingFit as a series for ultimate speed.
- Raw Cut & Bonded: The sleeves, hem, and zipper are cut and bonded with raw edges, eliminating transition edges and giving the entire jersey clean, elegant lines.
- Triple Ramp Pockets: Flexible fabric panels sewn into the bags form "lids" that secure and stabilize the content while protecting it from precipitation or splashing water.
- PILtec Plug-In: The rear hem is finished with a lightweight, ultra-breathable textile tape with microdot silicone treatment. This stabilizes the back of the jersey and provides support even when wet.
