Even more breathable, even more compressive, even more aerodynamic—the EQUIPE RSR S11 replaces the RSR SUPERLÉGER S9 and is the most advanced Racing Series shorts in ASSOS history. The new fabric, which envelops the large muscle groups of the legs, is Assos' most compressive fabric to date. It provides stable support to reduce fatigue from microvibrations during hours of high-intensity riding. Less compressive Type.911 fabric has been used on the seat and around the midsection. This main fabric of the RS S11 and R S11 bib shorts is used here to reduce pressure on sensitive areas. Thanks to the combination of compressive, ultra-elastic fabrics, we were able to dispense with the rollBar system without compromising 360-degree stability. The raw-cut waistband prevents restrictions. Like the RS S11 insert, the new RSR S11 insert comfortably absorbs micro-shocks without adding bulk. It also provides an intense cooling airflow and features additional shock absorbers under the sit bones to ensure maximum effectiveness in aggressive riding positions.

• FEATURED FABRICS
  The all-new Type.959Kompressor is an in-house woven fabric that offers more breathable, cooler, and more compressive properties than previous Kompressor materials. It also protects the rider with improved abrasion resistance and integrated anti-slip properties that prevent slippage and friction. The Type.911 fabric, which also characterizes the rest of the Racing Series, has been used on the seat and around the midriff – a soft, compressive, and ultra-breathable fabric in deep black that does not lose its intensity even when stretched. Both fabrics offer UPF 50+.

  The AEDP flederMann pattern is an aerodynamic second-skin racingFit that was developed based on feedback from the WorldTour and has proven itself there with corresponding results. The customized shape envelops the large muscles with compressive support and a longer, more aerodynamic leg.

• ENGINEERING
  -Endurance Compression: Muscle-enveloping support that reduces fatigue during high-intensity rides lasting several hours. The fabric panels are arranged to achieve maximum compression.
  -ELECTRIFIED Grip: Integrated anti-slip yarns are woven directly into the KOMPRESSOR fabric, ensuring friction-free, continuous grip on the thigh.
  -X-Frame: A-frame straps limit lower back sag and stabilize the seat insert and main panel during high-intensity rides. Fastened at the shoulders with our lightest straps.

• RSR S11 Insert
  -Shock-Absorb Damping System Twin 13: A two-layer racing platform made of 9 mm foam, complemented by 4 mm ultraDistance inserts under the sit bones. Thermoformed shaping prevents edges and irritation.
  -kraterCooler: Perforations on the front edge of the insert allow cooling air to flow through, maintaining breathability and a dry, cool microclimate.
  -whirlKrater: Perforations distributed across the entire insert create a cooling, swirling airflow instead of one-sided ventilation.
  -Mineral Tec Surface: A soft, ultra-smooth cover material that reduces friction and irritation while improving comfort with quick drying and permanent odorControl.
  -goldenGate 2.0: The insert is attached at the front and back, leaving the sides and center loose. This allows it to move with your body rather than against it. New cutouts on the sides reduce bulk and friction when pedaling on the pedals.
