The MAX is the most cushioned model in the TRAILFLY™ range, with a 24mm heel and 18mm forefoot midsole height - just the cushioning you need for long-distance trail running. Perfect for ultra runs, hikes or simply for days when your legs are tired and you need a little more cushioning.
Features of the Inov-8 TrailFly Max V2 running shoes for men
- New and improved G-GRIP™: Inov-8 has reformulated their graphene-enriched G-GRIP™ rubber to increase its slip resistance on wet surfaces compared to the first generation of the TRAILFLY™ series. The innovative use of graphene extends the life of the rubber outsole, so you can enjoy reliable grip and incredible durability on both dry and wet surfaces.
- Lug pattern optimized for hard and rocky surfaces: 4mm graphene-enriched rubber lugs are carefully arranged in multiple directions to improve grip, quickly repel debris, increase propulsion from the toes and help you brake with your heel.
- FLYSPEED™ Pro Midsole: Fly over the ground with the super-critical (nitrogen-enriched) FLYSPEED™ Pro foam midsole. This durable foam offers an excellent balance between cushioning, ground feel and stability on uneven terrain. Ideal when you need lasting comfort and support to cover many kilometers.
- Improved upper: All V2 shoes in the TRAILFLY™ series now benefit from an improved upper. Stronger KPU overlays replace the 3D print overlays of the first generation TRAILFLY™ models and offer more protection and durability. There are also additional drainage holes to drain water as quickly as possible and a new, slimmer speed tongue.
- NATURALFIT™: Inov-8's shoes fit snugly in the heel and midfoot for a secure ride. They are cut wider in the toe area so that the toes can spread and move naturally. This allows you to feel the ground better and realize your full, natural potential.
