HUUB Design Catch Up Pole - black/grey/red

HUUB has teamed up with Dave Tonge to develop a brand new, innovative swimming device called the "Catch Up Pole." 

The Catch Up Pole allows swimmers to enter the water in line with their shoulders. This prevents them from crossing the center line and weaving through the water. 

It features adjustable buoyancy discs that can be set to the swimmer's shoulder width, helping them stay on the water while performing the exercise. 

The pole is excellent for increasing stroke distance and prevents swimmers from "meandering" through the water. It reduces the number of strokes per 25 m and slows down the stroke rate to allow for a relaxed, controlled stroke. It helps the hips and shoulders rotate together to create a perfectly timed freestyle stroke.
