SPRINT TO VICTORY

The short-distance version of the Aeris was developed to provide athletes with support and stability during time trials and short triathlons without drafting. A pressure-relieving cutout that gently transitions into a channel-like nose enhances comfort. At the same time, the optimally sized nose ensures proper grip and stability, allowing riders to generate maximum power in the forward-leaning aero position.

SMARTER RIDER SUPPORT

The saddle padding is made from Fizik’s Type-1 compound—thicker at the nose, where triathletes and time trialists spend most of their time, and thinner at the sit bones to provide a firmer feel when riders need to stand up from the aero position.

NUMEROUS FEATURES FOR VERSATILE USE

The Aeris is optionally equipped with a mount to integrate a bottle cage at the rear of the saddle. The mount is designed to hold the bottles at an angle that doesn’t get in the way during critical transition phases when mounting and dismounting.

In accordance with UCI regulations, the Aeris features a revolutionary rail attachment that enables a more aerodynamic riding experience and offers a wide range of adjustment necessary to achieve the ideal forward-leaning seating position for optimal aerodynamics. The Aeris R1 saves weight thanks to newly developed 7x9 mm carbon saddle rails.
