The ultralight road tubeless liner built for speed

Air-Liner Light Road is an ultralight tubeless insert developed to maximize road racing performance. It enhances bead stability, provides run-flat support, and protects against impacts, while preserving the fast, supple ride feel demanded by high-performance road cyclists.

Designed with a dedicated foam formulation and a hexagonal profile, Air-Liner Light Road integrates seamlessly inside the tire. During normal riding, the insert remains compressed to maintain optimal rolling efficiency. In the event of a puncture, as air pressure drops, it expands to support the tire from the inside, allowing riders to continue in run-flat mode - finishing a race or riding home safely during training, with the tire bead always securely in place.

Compared to the previous Air-Liner Road, the new Light version features a refined foam formulation and a wider diameter for improved run-flat capability. It delivers 5% higher resistance to low-pressure burping versus the previous model, and 28% more compared to riding without an insert, reducing the risk of bead unseating and increasing overall safety.
