Whether for everyday use or long tours, the robust construction in combination with the Smart DualGuard protection belt ensures maximum puncture protection under all conditions. You can never completely rule out a flat tire. However, with these tires, you are optimally protected against typical puncture hazards such as shards or granulate.

Note: For all Marathon Plus tires, be sure to use a gauge to adjust the air pressure. Due to the particular construction, checking the pressure with your thumb is not sufficient.

The Smart Guard insert is 5 mm thick and made of highly elastic special rubber.
