Combining BH Bikes ’s experience in high-performance sports with biomechanical analysis, they have worked to develop the most powerful aero road bike. The Kamm-Tail design at the junctions of the various tubes makes the Aerolight a 100% aerodynamically efficient bike. 

When developing the new Aerolight, BH had a clear goal: to create a frame with aerodynamic lines that is both light in weight and highly stiff—essential characteristics of any competition bike. The carbon layup was fully optimized, with the thickness of every single point in the frame examined to achieve the best possible stiffness-to-weight ratio.  

Additionally, by using the HCIM (Hollow Core Internal Molding) manufacturing technique, they created a frame with near-perfect internal structure and achieved optimal compaction. Less material means less weight, but in this case, not less performance. The result is a frame with aerodynamic lines that weighs just 950 grams (size M).
