Fahrwerker Brake Disc for Rohloff Speedhub - 200mm

The Fahrwerker brake disc was developed to meet the demanding thermal and mechanical requirements of cargo bikes and LEVs and is characterized by a long service life. An innovative production process, a special hardening treatment, and subsequent grinding ensure consistent and high friction values with reduced wear. This makes the rotor particularly robust and reliable in all weather conditions. 2 mm thick and compliant with DIN 79010.

The rotor’s friction ring was designed to work optimally with the brake pads. With a height of 20 mm, the friction ring offers a large contact surface to achieve the best possible braking force. This ensures stable and consistent performance with less system pressure and lower hand force. Optimal material selection for both the pad and the disc also ensures reduced wear.

The brake discs are 100% manufactured in Germany.
