Details of the Dartmoor Thunderbird FR

The Thunderbird FR was developed for tough conditions on jump courses, in parks, and on steep trails. It’s designed for riders who want to tackle challenging descents at high speeds and then ride local trails on the same bike. With 180mm of rear travel and space for suspension forks with up to 200mm of travel, the frame offers enormous reserves for big jumps and hard landings.

The hydroformed tubes increase stability and give the frame a rugged, powerful look. At the same time, the suspension remains responsive and controlled, ensuring the bicycle stays reliably manageable even at high speeds, on steep descents, and through technical sections.
