Details about the Geosmina Cargo Bag 7.5 L

This cargo bag consists of two parts. First, there is the bag itself, which is made of 600D nylon and features seams sealed with high-frequency technology. 600D nylon is completely waterproof and has an outer PU (polyurethane) coating that repels water and allows the bag to dry in no time. Inside the bag, Geosmina has used a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coating, which, together with the high-frequency sealed seams, makes the bag completely waterproof. The bottom of the bag is made of a double layer of 840D nylon to increase durability and prevent abrasion from harder objects. The bag closes with the standard roll-top closure and has a capacity of up to 7.5 liters. Both the front and back are reinforced with Hypalon inserts. The front features eyelets through which the straps can be threaded, and the back prevents the cage from rubbing against the bag.

On the other side is the rigid Anything Cage (included in the scope of delivery) made of composite material, which can hold the bag or be used separately to carry other items such as a water bottle, a bag, or a camping mat. Items can be secured to the cage using the two integrated straps. These straps feature heavy-duty YKK buckles that make one-handed operation easy. The cage can be screwed onto the fork (if compatible) or onto the bottle cage threads on the bike frame. For even more versatility, the pannier comes with 12-mm stainless steel clamps with protective pads, so you can install it on any type of fork, whether with threads or with suspension. It is the most versatile bag in Geosmina’s lineup, and its uses are practically unlimited. The bag features brand logos made of reflective material to increase visibility.
