• Before training/competition: MAURTEN can be used as a carboloader before competitions. A simple option is to drink one Drink Mix 320 the day before the competition.
• During training/competition: The amount of carbohydrates needed depends on various factors. One of these is the length of the training session. For longer training sessions lasting less than two hours, one Drink Mix 320 is sufficient. For training sessions lasting more than two hours, one Drink Mix 320 can be consumed per hour.
• After training/competition: After a race or a hard training session, the body needs carbohydrates for effective recovery. One Drink Mix Pro 320 can be consumed within 30 minutes of the end of the session.
• Recommended use by Maurten: Mix the content of each packet with 500 ml of water and shake well until dissolved. Make sure the ratio is correct so that the hydrogel technology works.
