The Liquid Dispenser (TPU, BPA-free) has a 250 ml capacity in the softflask and comes unfilled. The included valve cap allows you to use liquids (water, energy drinks, liquid energy). When you drink from it, it contracts and reduces its volume. The scale printed on the back serves as a measuring and filling guide.
