The Rocky Mountain Instinct Powerplay SL Alloy is a lightweight marvel with a lot to offer. Thanks to adjustable geometry, precisely tuned suspension kinematics, and MX compatibility, the Instinct Powerplay SL offers an incredible level of playfulness and agility, round after round… round.

The Dyname™ S4 Lite motor is 30% lighter than the Dyname™ 4.0. It runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering class-leading peak power (700 W) and torque (75 Nm). The Instinct Powerplay SL features a 480 Wh fully removable rechargeable battery. It is slim, quiet, noise-free, and designed with aerodynamics.

The RIDE-4 adjustment system allows the rider to quickly fine-tune the geometry with a single Allen wrench. Four configurations are possible thanks to a rotatable chip.

The Smoothlink™ suspension is efficient yet supple as you pedal and shift through the gears. It features a controlled end-of-travel feel and a suspension curve that feels significantly more capable than the travel length would suggest.
