Wide design for higher speeds, smoother rides, and absolute confidence

The wider rim profile ensures maximum efficiency and a seamless transition between the rim and tires, reducing drag and eliminating microturbulence. Optimized aero spokes further minimize aerodynamic losses. Together, they reduce rolling resistance, improve flow stability, and ensure predictable handling in crosswinds. By optimizing the tire’s contact patch, the system also allows for lower tire pressures, delivering greater comfort and a smoother, faster ride on any surface.

FORE technology: Where Performance Meets User-Friendliness

Mavic’s FORE technology ensures a strong and precise connection between the rim and spokes by screwing them directly into the rim at an optimal angle. This eliminates unwanted movement and improves stiffness and long-term reliability. The Adaptive Layup construction—in which strategically placed carbon reinforcements strengthen the rim while reducing its weight—further contributes to this. Since the upper rim flange is not drilled through, this construction also ensures a completely airtight structure, enabling faster, easier, and more reliable tubeless installation.
