This wheel is based on a 25 mm-wide Aero Wide rim and is optimized for 30 mm-wide tires, offering an outstanding balance of aerodynamics and rolling efficiency. Every detail has been validated through wind tunnel testing, Mavic Lab testing, and feedback from professional riders, and optimized for speed. The 21 aerodynamic carbon spokes minimize air resistance while increasing lateral stiffness, resulting in a direct and responsive ride feel. Combined with Mavic ceramic bearings, friction is reduced to a minimum, delivering smoother, faster rolling and a sense of effortless speed ride after ride.
