Based on the bottom bracket developed in collaboration with UAE Team Emirates for 2026 season, this special edition combines a distinctive commemorative design with performance engineered around marginal gains. At just 77 grams, its refined construction features a completely smooth aero cup, high-strength 7075 aluminium and hybrid ceramic bearings for smoother, more efficient rotation. Every detail has been designed to reduce weight, resistance and deliver consistent performance with every pedal stroke - A tribute to five Tour victories and a defining moment in cycling history.

Features of the Bikone BSA Ceramic Aero TDF Limited Edition Bottom Bracket

• at 77 grams, this lightest Bikone bottom bracket to date. Bikone have reduced the weight by 15 grams compared to the previous model.
• New design. Every shape and structural decision has been made to remove unnecessary grams.
• Aero Cup. One of the cups features a fully smooth outer surface with no external notches, as installation notches are located internally. This profile reduces airflow turbulence around the area and ensures a more aerodynamic integration with the frame.
• Hybrid Ceramic Bearings (ABEC5 /P5 – 2RS).
• Made of 7075 Aluminium, a high-strenght aerospace-grade aluminium on which a T6 treatment is applied. This material allows to remove weight without compromising performance.
• Completely protected. Axial seals on bearings and O-rings to fully protect all surfaces
