Pure vs. buffered magnesium bisglycinate: Do you know how to tell them apart?

Pure chelated magnesium is the most absorbable form of magnesium on the market. Chelated bisglycinate can only absorb 10–14% of the pure magnesium. This means that the higher percentage of magnesium must be the result of adding other, less absorbable forms. "Buffered" magnesium bisglycinate uses the same amount of pure magnesium but also contains magnesium oxide. While this increases the total amount of magnesium, it reduces its absorption. 

Directions

Take 3 capsules daily with plenty of water. Swallow the capsules whole. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is recommended to take this product with a meal or in the evening. 

Not intended for kids. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the range of kids. Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.
