Try a premium source of essential omega-3 fatty acids from wild-caught anchovies. The fish oil provides omega-3 fatty acids in their natural triglyceride form—just as they occur in nature. This form is optimally absorbed by the body and offers more health benefits than the commonly used, less expensive ethyl esters. Omega-3 fatty acids are susceptible to oxidation, which occurs upon contact with air and reduces their effectiveness. The Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3 (GOED) has therefore established strict limits for the oxidative stability of fish oils. The Vivo Mega fish oil contained in Vilgain Omega-3 capsules exceeds all of these limits many times over. As a result, it retains its light color, stability, and maximum effectiveness. The fish oil in the capsules is produced exclusively in Norway by GC Rieber VivoMega AS, which has been processing fish oil for over 100 years. The legality and transparency of the fishing operations are verified by Friend of the Sea and Marin Trust. Vivo Mega fish oil has limits that are many times stricter for the maximum permissible levels of heavy metals and other contaminants that may be present in fish oil. In addition, it is also tested for contaminants that are not detected in competing products.

Directions

Take 2–4 capsules daily with or after a meal (the daily dose can be divided into 2 × 2 capsules). A lower dosage of 1 capsule daily is possible if you already regularly consume omega-3 through your diet. Omega-3 fatty acids should be taken regularly every day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the range of kids. Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight, and at room temperature.
