Surly Rack Sliding Plate Kit 2 for Unicrown Forks

This Surly Sliding plate kit includes everything two mount racks on a mountain bike, also with disc brake calipers.

The kit includes:

• non-offset, slotted plates - generally used as the upper mounting plate, installed on the mid-blade fork eyelets of unicrown construction forks
• lower offset sliding plates - generally used as the lower mounting plate, regardless of the fork construction but sometimes it necessarily for use of disc brakes
• rear rack plates - generally used for height adjustment
