Enduro Bearings 61804 LLU/LLB - ABEC 5 - Ball Bearing - 20x32x7mm

ABEC 5 bearings use class 5 chrome steel balls and mirror polished 52100 high carbon chrome alloy treads. The precision balls are round with a deviation of 5/1000000", which is the military standard. The alloy bearing shells are manufactured using a vacuum process to pass the stringent requirements of ABEC-5 testing. These include noise harmonics at high speeds, extremely low tolerance deviations for the inner and outer diameters, extremely low tolerances for the roundness of the balls, fit accuracy of the races and surface finish of the races. The graphite/nylon cage is virtually frictionless while improving constant lubrication. The bearing clearance is C-3, which is the amount by which the inner race can be shifted radially relative to the outer race from one limit position to the opposite.
