One gel pack provides 22 grams of carbohydrates.

Advantages of SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel

One of the main causes of fatigue during exercise is empty carbohydrate stores. Extra carbohydrates during exercise are known to improve performance and run time and delay the onset of fatigue. Thanks to the isotonic formula, the gel is quickly emptied from the stomach as no fluids need to be formed in the stomach to dilute the gel, providing quick energy. SiS GO Isotonic Energy gels are extremely convenient and can be carried effortlessly without bulky bottles.

Application:

Take 1 to 3 gels per hour during an endurance workout to maximize carbohydrate utilization rates. Alternatively, take one gel in the middle of a repetitive high intensity workout (such as soccer or rugby) to quickly replenish your glycogen stores.
