Professional road riders have been voicing concerns over the summer regarding the safety of disc brakes on road bikes and the UCI went to the length of suspending their trials in the Pro Peloton. Although Hope feel that there isn’t really a safety issue, so their engineers have developed a road specific rotor to allay any fears from riders.
