Surly 6mm QR Washer to 12mm TA

6 mm adapter, which allows to use normal 135/170/190 mmm wide QR hubs in 142/177/197 mm 12 mm thru-axle frames. The quick release axle must of course have the appropriate length and the disc-spacing needs to be adjusted.
The Adapter Washers will fit into any bicycle frame with an open dropout design that are slotted for use with 12 mm thru-axles.
