True competitors are always looking for a performance advantage-a relentless pursuit of equipment that is lighter, stiffer and stronger. To create the best drivetrain possible, SRAM started with a completely re-engineered crankset design. The XX1 Eagle™ crankset is one of the lightest, stiffest and strongest on the market. A special hollow internal architecture, combined with SRAM's proprietary CARBON TUNED™ lay-up, allows to build a lightweight and ultra-energy-efficient crankset perfectly suited for the high-wattage output and smooth style of cross country riding and racing. Teamed up with an Eagle™ direct mount chainring, and as an integral part of the Eagle™ drivetrain. The DUB crank spindle, which can be universally used in all common bottom bracket shells, also increases rigidity. The bearing play will be fine tuned with an adjuster ring.

DUB™

DUB™ technology features a better-engineered bottom bracket and a new spindle design. Together, these allow for a more uniform approach to bottom bracket fitment, better sealing against contamination and forward and backward compatibility. Now everyone can benefit from a new measure of durability.

CARBON TUNED™

Strong like bull, light like carbon. Every CARBON TUNED part is designed with a distinct style of riding in mind. By selectively layering woven carbon fiber at high-stress points and using unidirectional fiber throughout, SRAM creates components that yield a remarkable level of strength and durability-while remaining lightweight and responsive.

X-Sync 2
