Castelli Estremo Shoecover - black 010
Elementary criterion: warm feet
For Castelli's warmest overshoe ever, they had to fundamentally rethink a few key points. For comprehensive wind protection, they rely on GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER®, a fleece-lined material that is also more breathable than any other windproof fabric. An additional layer of Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro™ is also used. Due to the generally relatively thick construction, only a thinner layer has been used on the inside in the ball area to prevent it from rubbing on the crank arm. This model is very high for maximum warmth and also has solid splash protection. Castelli recommends the Venti Soft Sock for maximum comfort.
