Hope has continued the development of their popular cranksets. The result is the EVO model which sets a benchmark for current aluminium MTB cranks. The latest FEA analysis tools (Finite Element Analysis), rigorous lab testing and extensive field testing mean the EVO crank is both lighter and stiffer than previous models.
The Hope EVO crank is now featuring a self-extracting axle/arm interface to simplify fitting and removal as well as a versatile Spline mount to use Direct Mount chainrings or spiders. The crank arms are made of forged and CNC-machined aluminium 7150 while the 30 mm oversize axle consists of 7075 series aluminium.
Designed, tested and manufactured in Barnoldswick, UK.
