BCAA Instant from SPONSER contains the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. This in the optimum ratio of 3:1:1 in micronized and instantized powder form. BCAAs are among the essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself. In their function as amino acids and protein components, they support the development and maintenance of muscle mass. In practice, they are often used during strength or endurance training or to increase the BCAA content of protein shakes (e.g. whey isolate).

Ingredients of SPONSER BCAA Instant Cola

• Leucine can be described as the most important amino acid with regard to muscle protein synthesis. It acts as the "trigger", i.e. has the "igniter" function for the growth stimulus and new muscle formation.
• Isoleucine, valine: Together with leucine, these two amino acids also modulate muscle protein synthesis, also via an insulinogenic effect.
• All BCAAs can be used to generate energy (gluconeogenesis) during prolonged physical exertion when the body's energy stores (glycogen reserves) are depleted.
• Taurine is not an amino acid and does not have an activating or fatigue-delaying effect, as is commonly assumed due to its widespread use in energy drinks. Taurine is primarily an antioxidant and in this function is involved in many metabolic processes.
• Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of fatigue and normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism, folic acid supports normal amino acid metabolism.

Application:

Take directly before, during or after training/exercise. Max. 2 servings daily.
