The Surly Knard comes with a tightly-spaced, low-block tread pattern to provide the perfect ratio of traction and low rolling resistance. It grips well on all sorts of different surfaces but especially on hardpack terrain or groomed trails. If you want a tire that has a little less bite and a bit more speed, but don’t want to sacrifice traction, look no further. 

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
