Gelu has developed the J-Series by recreating the old steel spring saddles and the result was amazing!
Two transverse curved carbon blade springs absorb much of the vibration resulting from uneven ground that is normally supported by the rider’s joints. This saddle works almost like a second skin, because thanks to its bending ability, it never stops being in contact with the rider’s rear. Gelu saddles with "springs" are the only ones in the world, below 100g.

Combining an incredibly low weight of 75 grams with a spring suspension this seems impossible, but the Gelu J3 is offering exactly this combination. This is achieved thanks to its fully carbon fiber construction. Everything - rails with integrated springs and top - is made of 100% prepreg carbon. To hit the scales below 80 grams the J3 has a punctured top and neither additionally padding nor cover.

The central opening is specially designed to ensure the total absence of pressure on the prostate region.
