A completely redesigned DH-R is TRP's answer to a long, benchmark setting Downhill World Cup season. A new ergonomic lever-blade, newly formulated brake pad compounds, new high-performance hydraulic oil, a new 5 mm brake hose system, redesigned, CNC-machined adapters, an optimized oil flow inside the calipers, new hydraulic leverage ratio, and a smaller size master cylinder piston lift the overall performance of the TRP DH-R EVO to a new standard of racing. This completed is completed by a selection of 2.3 mm thick rotors (sold separately).
Both lever body and brake caliper are made of forged, CNC-machined aluminium and impress with a polished, silver finish. The ergonomic lever blade features dimpled accents for better grip on the Trail. Another part revised, is the internal 9 mm brake lever piston.
The brake caliper with its new High Flow design is equipped with 4 hybrid pistons, i. e. stainless steel pistons with a composite interior reducing friction and preventing overheating of mineral oil. The brake pads are made of a high performance Resin compound and can be replaced without removing the wheel thanks to a top-loading design.

Important note: The DH-R EVO caliper is solely compatible to 2.3 mm thick brake discs.
