XTENEX - the ingenious lacing system! XTENEX SPORT is a self-tying elastic lace for sports shoes and sneakers.

The elastic laces from XTENEX Sports fit any shoe with an eyelet size of about 3 to 4 mm in diameter. They are the perfect choice for most activities where the foot moves normally, from daily wear to athletic running. These elastic laces are popularly used in athletic shoes, hybrid golf shoes, casual shoes, senior shoes, children's shoes and every type of shoe imaginable. The SPORT is the flagship of the Xtenex lace line.

The unique design of the Xtenex-lacing system solves the problem of lace migration. Xtenex-Laces have an elastic core and a series of knots along the entire length of the lace at evenly spaced lengths. If you stretch the lace, the knots disappear and you can thread the lace through the eyelets. If you release the tension, the knots reappear. More knots between the eyelets decrease the tension, less knots between the eyelets increase the tension. This technology improves the fit, comfort and performance of footwear.

1. Put on the shoe and pass the end sleeve of the lace through the eyelet.
2. Untie the knots by pulling the XTENEX apart on both sides of the eyelet.
3. Pull the XTENEX through the eyelet holding it on both sides.
4. Release the XTENEX and the knots will reappear.
5. Repeat this process eyelet by eyelet.

Adjust the tension between the eyelets so that the foot is not constricted. The knots must remain visible.
Reverse steps 1-4 to loosen or remove the XTENEX.
Simply pinch or cut off any overhanging XTENEX under the lacing and fix the end with super glue or with a lighter.

Please shorten only after a test run and always leave some slack.
